When it comes to time, let's face it. There is never enough. For this reason, when scheduling a meeting I make a commitment to arrive on-time. As a colleague, I expect the same commitment from those I work with.

The situation analysis is the starting point for any other services. Without it, I have no way of getting a solid picture of your business and its needs. Once the situation analysis is complete, we can move on to solutions.

At this time I do not offer refunds. A lot of time and effort goes into the research I conduct to make sure I'm giving you solid information and results that will benefit your business.  This is the bulk of what you pay for with my consulting services.
